Festival Set Up and Tear Down

The festival is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am until 6 pm.
All booths must remain open during operating hours.

Site Rules:

Vendors must seek permission from HR before digging holes, tying to trees, or using open flames.
All booths must have a charged and working 3A40BC fire extinguisher.

Vendor Set-up:

Set-up hours on Friday before the Festival: 8 am until 11 pm.
Saturday set-up: 7 am until 8:30 am.
Vendors needing earlier set-up must contact the vendor coordinator.
Vendors are responsible for booth security throughout the event.
Security patrols the site from Friday noon until close on Sunday.
CCRF, HR, and its officers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

Food Booths:

Must be set up and operational by Saturday at 9:00 am for Health Inspector inspections.

Vehicle Access:

Vehicles are allowed on-site for unloading until 11 pm Friday and 6 am until 8:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.
Vendors arriving after 11 pm Friday may set up on Saturday; no on-site access.
All vehicles must be off-site by 8:30 am on Festival days without exceptions.
Vehicles are allowed on-site for loading and tear down at approximately 6:30 pm each Festival day.

Clean-Up:

Clear booth and camping sites of all trash, litter, and debris after the tear-down.
Failure to clean may result in a $25 charge and/or rejection for future festivals.
Use provided dumpsters; do not use small trash cans for patrons.
Stack rented hay bales and leave them within your booth space.

Parking Passes and Security:

Display your filled-out parking pass in your vehicle.
Vehicles are not permitted to park on the fair site; a separate parking area is provided.
Comply with Security or History Revisited staff requests regarding vehicle movement.
Failure to comply may result in the loss of vending privileges at future events.
Parking passes are provided at check-in.

No Dogs:

Dogs are not allowed in vendor booths during and after hours; only service animals are permitted.
Service animals must be housebroken and under the owner’s control per CFR.35.136.
California law does not require public access to emotional support animals.
Dogs left in the camping area must be vaccinated, well-behaved, tied up, and provided with food, water, and shade.
Animal Control notified of loose or uncared-for dogs; clean up after your dog.
