Jurying Categories and Criteria

Applications in the Juried Category will be processed upon receipt.

Notification of acceptance/rejection will be shortly after receipt.

Applications in the Juried Categories may be held until 6/25/24.

Vendors in these categories will receive an acknowledgment of consideration via email.

If no acknowledgment is received within 10 days, contact the vendor coordinator to confirm application receipt.

Final notification of acceptance/rejection in juried categories will be emailed by May 1, 2024, for those received by 4/25/2024.

The jurying committee will give preference to applications received by 4/25/2024.

Timely submission is crucial, especially for competitive categories like jewelry and clothing.

Applications received after 4/25/2024 are not guaranteed acceptance.

Returning vendors receive priority in acceptance, and notifications will be sent as decisions are made.

New vendors must attach display and product photographs with their application.
