Items Needed by All Participants for SLO Renn Faire
You must download, print, and complete the first two pages below. If you are using a tent booth you also need to complete the Application For Tent Permit, which must be approved by the San Luis Obispo Fire Department in advance. Your application will not be considered until we have received these forms.

For those with tents of over 400 square feet or fabric structures (canopy) of over 700 square feet (a canopy with no sides) or if you have a group of canopies together with an aggregate of 700 square feet you will also need to maintain a permit from the San Luis Obispo Fire Department. You can get that form here.

You do not need to submit the following form. It is intended to help you be properly prepared for the event. Just fill it out and bring it to your booth.
Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle Inspection Checklist
An inspection will be performed before the event on either Friday night or Saturday morning and you will not be allowed to open if you do not pass inspection by the Health Department and the Fire Department.
All fire extinguishers must be current with the current years tag and current month of at least July in order to be legal.
There will be a fire extinguisher department on site for those needing to have their extinguisher updated.
We anticipate welcoming a substantial number of enthusiastic visitors. In light of this, we kindly urge you to ensure an ample supply of provisions to accommodate the high demand throughout the weekend.
